ATTORNEY PROFILES ROBERT P. REA Robert P. Rea is a 1969 graduate of Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania with a BS degree. He earned his juris doctorate degree from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1972. Robert and his wife, Susan, established the law firm of Rea & Rea in 1976 and has been an owner/partner since then. Mr. Rea’s legal experience includes extensive work in residential and commercial real estate closings, preparation of loan, security and construction documents; processing and assisting applications for government loans; estate planning and administration; landlord/tenant litigation and involvement in government bond closings. He is a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and has been the solicitor for the Hollidaysburg Zoning Board since 1976. SUSAN P. REA Susan P. Rea graduated from Juniata College, Huntingdon, PA in 1971, with a B.S. degree in Sociology. She earned her juris doctorate degree from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA in 1975. After working in the District Attorney’s Office of Blair County and an Altoona law firm, she joined her husband in the practice of law in Hollidaysburg, where they have practiced since. Mrs. Rea has specialized in family law for more than twenty-five years, with extensive experience in divorce, custody, support, adoption and equitable distribution. She also handles bankruptcy matters. Since 1984, she has served as a court appointed permanency hearing officer for Blair County Children and Youth Services. In addition to her legal education she is trained as a mediator. Mrs. Rea has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all state courts since 1975. LARRY D. LASHINSKY Larry D. Lashinsky is a 1982 graduate of Juniata College, in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania with a BA, cum laude, degree. He earned his juris doctorate degree from Dickinson School of Law, with honors, in 1982. He joined the law firm of Rea & Rea in 1982 as an associate attorney and became a partner in 1990.
